Jason Carpenter has a diverse work experience in the field of web development and design. Jason worked as a Web and Graphic Designer in a freelance capacity from 2006 to 2009. During this time, they provided web and graphic design services independently.

In 2009, they joined Perspectives Corporation as a Web Developer. In this role, they were responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining web-based application systems. Jason also troubleshooted software issues and researched technical problems to suggest improvements for web applications. Jason held this position until 2016.

In 2017, Jason Carpenter was promoted to the role of Director of Web Development at Perspectives Corporation. As the Director, they were in charge of strategic planning, development, execution, and implementation of web projects. Jason worked closely with marketing teams to devise strategic directions and managed budgets and staff of the Web Department. Jason also oversaw resources, e-commerce, social media, and other digital assets. It was their responsibility to ensure that completed web and collateral media projects met the organization's needs. Jason is currently working in this position.

Jason Carpenter attended the New England Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2006. During this time, they pursued an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Web and Multimedia Design.
