Elin Nilsson

Elin Nilsson is an experienced professional in the biotechnology industry, currently serving as a Business Manager, Plant Manager, and Process Engineer at Perstorp Group since August 2017. Responsibilities include optimizing production processes and leading continuous improvement projects using the DMAIC approach, along with coaching plant staff. In addition, Elin Nilsson is involved with IKEM - Innovations- och kemiindustrierna i Sverige as a member of Framtidsstyrelsen, focused on developing future leaders in the industry. Previous roles include a Master Thesis Student at Stora Enso and various positions in sales and operations, alongside a solid academic background with a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Lund University and study experience at Technische Universität Berlin.
