Mikael Ekblad

Mikael Ekblad is currently serving as the VP of Change Management at Perstorp Group since July 2023. Prior to this role, Mikael held various leadership positions at Perstorp AB from October 1993 to July 2023, including VP of Commercial Excellence, VP of People & Culture, and VP of Performance Excellence & Change Management. Mikael's extensive experience also includes significant roles in operations, supply chain management, and engineering across multiple countries. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Copenhagen Business School, a master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Lund University, and certifications in mental training and coaching. Mikael has engaged in continuous professional development, completing various training programs in collaboration and change management.
