Martin Schoder

Martin Schoder serves as the Director of the Business Unit Pharma at pester pac automation GmbH since July 2018, focusing on the leadership and development of the pharmaceutical sector. Prior to this role, Martin held significant positions at Südpack Verpackungen GmbH & Co. KG from January 2011 to June 2018, including Leitung Supply Chain Management, where Martin managed operational teams exceeding 30 members and was responsible for company-wide supply chain activities. Additionally, Martin led the Project and Process Organization department, overseeing major IT and organizational projects, while also managing multi-projects and LEAN management initiatives. Martin holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Ravensburg-Weingarten University of Applied Sciences, obtained between 2001 and 2005.
