Joe Sanfillipo is an experienced operations professional currently serving as Operations Specialist and General Manager at Caliber Collision since November 2020. Prior to this role, Joe was the CEO of USA Collision Centers, leading the organization until its acquisition by Caliber Collision. In addition, Joe owns and operates a successful franchise of Pet Wants alongside wife Laurie, which began in Cincinnati's Historic Findlay Market. Joe's career also includes experience as a part-time Police Officer for the Village of Addyston and the Delhi Township Police Department. Joe's educational background includes attendance at the University of Cincinnati from 1994 to 1997, and a diploma from Elder High School, awarded in 1994.
