Allison Sterrett

Allison Sterrett is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as the Director of Real Estate at Petco since 2019. Previously, Sterrett held the role of Director of Real Estate for both the Western and Northeast U.S. regions at FOCUS Brands from August 2014 to 2019, where management of new store growth for multiple restaurant brands, including McAlister’s Deli, Schlotzsky’s, and Moe’s Southwest Grill, was a key responsibility. Prior experience includes serving as Store Development Manager at Starbucks from August 2007 to 2014 and as Real Estate Manager at Payless ShoeSource from 2005 to 2007. Sterrett holds an MBA in Finance from Washburn University and an additional Master of Business Administration from the same institution.
