Jeff Neklason

Jeff Neklason, aPHR, has extensive experience in compensation management and retail leadership, currently serving as Incentive Compensation Manager at Petco since 2008. After being promoted from Store Leader to various roles within Petco, including Sr. Compensation Analyst and Manager of Field Compensation, Jeff has demonstrated expertise in project management, financial modeling, and process optimization. Prior experience includes a progression from sales associate to Store Manager at Pier 1 Imports over an eight-year period. Jeff holds an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Sierra College.
