Kimberly Kemp

Kimberly Kemp has over a decade of comprehensive experience in human resources, most recently serving as Human Resources Director at Petco from October 2021 to September 2024, following roles as Senior Human Resources Manager and HR Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Victoria's Secret as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist, as well as at L Brands, where Kimberly progressed from HR Service Center Representative to HR Operations Supervisor. Kimberly began her career as a Sales Associate at C.O. Bigelow Chemists, Inc. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, both from John Carroll University.
