Madeline Tegner

Madeline Tegner is a seasoned digital product manager with extensive experience in customer service and operations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Lead Digital Product Manager at Petco since October 2021, Madeline focuses on areas such as self-serve chat and phone systems, while managing product roadmaps and overseeing cross-functional teams. Prior to Petco, Madeline worked as Senior Digital Product Manager at Arteza, where responsibilities included relaunching the customer loyalty program, and as Product Manager at Chewy, contributing to the company's achievement of $1B in pharmacy revenue.
