Khalil Al Farai is an experienced Quality and HSE Manager with a robust background in health, safety, and environmental management spanning over 17 years. Currently serving at Petrogas E&P since April 2012, Khalil has held various key positions including Quality & HSE Manager for Petrogas Rima LLC and QHSE Transition Workstream Lead for Petrogas NEO UK Ltd. Responsibilities include managing HSE compliance, conducting audits, and providing functional leadership in health, safety, and environmental practices across multiple divisions. Formerly, Khalil worked as a Head Office HSE Advisor and Field Quality & HSE Advisor at MB Petroleum Services, where duties involved preparing HSE documents and performing site inspections. Khalil holds a NEBOSH International Diploma and has completed extensive QHSE training, showcasing a strong commitment to maintaining high safety standards in the industry.

It is also established as holding company by MB Holding Company for its oil & gas exploration and production assets in Oman and overseas. Its subsidiary in the Netherlands is to manage the assets and also to further enhance the company portfolio of exploration and production assets in Europe and the region. Petrogas E&P Netherlands has interests in offshore blocks on the Dutch Continental Shelf, whereas Petrogas Transportation BV owns offshore and onshore crude oil, natural gas handling and transportation infrastructure.
