Wouter Quast has extensive experience in project management and engineering, currently serving as a Construction Site Representative and Project Manager at Petrogas E&P since September 2015, overseeing projects such as the Horizon West and Undrained Sands 3 initiatives. Prior to this role, Wouter worked as a Project Engineer on multiple projects in the Dutch North Sea, contributing to significant EPCI and conceptual development efforts for various gas and oil satellite platforms. Wouter's earlier career includes positions as a Graduate Student at SBM Offshore and as an Assistant R&D Engineer at Allseas, alongside participation in the Dispuut Offshore Technologie as a board member. Wouter holds a Master of Science in Offshore & Dredging Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, complemented by a minor in Business in a High Tech Environment.

Petrogas E&P LLC is a privately owned, limited liability company registered and incorporated in the Sultanate of Oman and engaged in the exploration and production of oil and gas reserves in Oman and internationally. It is also established as holding company by MB Holding Company for its oil & gas exploration and production assets in Oman and overseas. Its subsidiary in the Netherlands is to manage the assets and also to further enhance the company portfolio of exploration and production assets in Europe and the region. Petrogas E&P Netherlands has interests in offshore blocks on the Dutch Continental Shelf, whereas Petrogas Transportation BV owns offshore and onshore crude oil, natural gas handling and transportation infrastructure.
