Prior to this, Angga worked as an IT Technical Support at PT. ABC President Indonesia from September 2018 to September 2021. Before that, they served as an Information Technology Helpdesk at PT. Inspiro from November 2016 to July 2018, where they provided support to clients and users, particularly in using Microsoft's Office 365 networked system. Angga'sresponsibilities included providing solutions, consultations, and suggestions on IT and technical issues, as well as managing customer relationships and service. Angga Nasution earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and Services from Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta from 2008 to 2014. Subsequently, from 2015 to 2018, they pursued a Master's degree in Management Information Systems, General from BINUS University.
