Faiz Sulaiman

Faiz Sulaiman is an accomplished finance and strategy professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas, shipping, and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Strategy, Finance & Risk in the downstream division at PETRONAS since January 2022, Sulaiman previously held key leadership roles at Petronas Refinery and Petrochemical Corporation Sdn Bhd, including Chief Financial Officer for a major petrochemical project. Prior experience includes positions as General Manager of Group Treasury at MISC Berhad, Group Vice President of Finance at AET Tanker Holdings, and General Manager of Corporate Planning at Malaysia Marine Heavy Engineering. Sulaiman's career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate, complemented by advanced academic qualifications in accountancy and information technology from esteemed Malaysian institutions.
