Laura Rowley

Laura Rowley has extensive experience in customer service management, currently holding the position of Head of Customer Services at Pets at Home since September 2018. Prior roles at Pets at Home included Contact Centre Manager and Customer Care Team Leader. Additionally, Laura Rowley has been involved with Sainsbury's Argos since November 2006, serving as Customer Service Lead. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Home Retail Group PLC, where responsibilities encompassed Head of Complaints and Team Manager. Laura Rowley began her career in customer service as a Customer Service Advisor at Home Retail Group PLC. Education was completed at Fairfield High School in Widnes from 1993 to 1998.
