Jerrel Cooper

Jerrel Cooper is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in network security and system administration. Currently serving as a Security Architect and Release Manager at PetScreening since November 2022, Jerrel has previously held roles such as Network Technician at Scientific Research Corporation and System Administrator at the US Army Corps of Engineers. Notably, Jerrel's military experience as a LAN Administrator in the US Army from 2009 to 2014 included significant responsibilities such as leading an exchange migration project, providing remote desktop support, supervising a helpdesk support team, and managing over 700 user accounts in Active Directory. Jerrel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Network Security from ECPI University and has a strong background in troubleshooting, vulnerability remediation, and team training.
