Aimee Proctor, MBA, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and associate relations, currently serving as Senior Manager of Leave of Absence & Accommodations at PetSmart, where Aimee leads a team supporting a network of over 1,600 stores across the U.S. Aimee has held various roles at PetSmart, including Associate Relations Case Manager for multiple regions, and has a strong background in HR business partnering, training, and employee engagement. Aimee also provides consultancy services through Guidepoint and has worked with Steel City Pops and Circuit City, contributing to the development and expansion of innovative retail concepts. Aimee holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Management, as well as a SHRM Certificate in Human Resources Management.
