Lorena do Amaral

Lorena do Amaral currently serves as QA Lead and Release Train Engineer at Petz since June 2022, leading Agile management within the squad for the Petz application and overseeing the delivery of the new SuperApp. Previously, Lorena worked as a Product Owner at GPA, focusing on customer loyalty products and WhatsApp sales projects, and at James Delivery, where responsibilities included client acquisition and conversion as well as maintaining quality in delivering the James Courier application. Lorena also held the position of System Testing Analyst at Wise Systems, managing quality audits for various projects. Earlier experience includes a role as IT Support Technician at TCERR – Tribunal de Contas do Estado de Roraima. Lorena holds a degree from Estácio, completed between 2017 and 2020.
