Lasse Andersson

Lasse Andersson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process optimization and business development. Currently serving as a Senior Process Consultant at PFA since February 2021, Lasse specializes in the digitization of financial processes and acts as a link between business functions and agile development teams. Prior to this role, Lasse was the Operational Excellence Manager at Unicon A/S, where strategic optimization and continuous improvement were key focus areas. Lasse’s earlier experience includes working as a Management Consultant at Storm - House of Six Sigma and as a Process Improvement Manager at GE Money Bank, where project management and process optimization were fundamental responsibilities. Lasse's educational background includes courses in strategy and business development from Teknologisk Institut and business development from Aalborg University, along with foundational studies at Bornholms Erhvervsskole.
