Kees Kramer is a seasoned IT professional with diverse experience in technical support, device installation, and software development. Currently serving as a CIT Install Engineer at PFH Technology Group since July 2021, Kees specializes in installing new devices and ensuring the seamless functionality of existing systems for clients. Previously, Kees operated as the Owner of Netsafe.ie, providing IT support for small businesses and households, while also holding multiple roles at Apple, including Enterprise Support Engineer and Level 2 Support Representative, where enterprise-level technical assistance was delivered. Moreover, Kees has managerial experience as a Director at The Treehouse Sharif Limited, overseeing staff and operational logistics. Kees holds a Master’s degree in Digital Forensics and Cyber Security from The Open University, attained from 2019 to 2022.
