Mina Mounir is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical support and engineering. Currently serving as a Unify Openscape 4000 Engineer at PFH Technology Group since June 2021, Mina has also been a Senior Technical Support at Soulco since January 2013. Prior experience includes a role as a Service Engineer at Siemens from May 2008 to May 2010, where expertise was gained in Siemens Hicom, Hipath 4K, and Hipath 3K systems.
