Jennifer Chung has an extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Jennifer is currently working at Pfizer as the Global Marketing Excellence Lead. Prior to this, they held the position of Patient Experience Pioneer at Pfizer. Before joining Pfizer, Jennifer served as the Vice President of Global Brand Marketing for the Inflammation & Immunology group at Pfizer Innovative Health. Jennifer was responsible for identifying strategic pathways to address unmet patient needs.

Jennifer also has experience working at Relypsa Inc, where they served as the Vice President of Commercial. During their tenure, they created the vision, strategy, and commercial infrastructure for the company and led the commercial transition from early development to a commercial-stage company.

Jennifer began their career at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, where they started in medical affairs and eventually transitioned to brand marketing. Jennifer held various roles throughout their 18-year tenure at Pfizer, including Team Leader in US Marketing for the Primary Care Business Unit and Director of Team Leader. Jennifer also worked as a Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager. Jennifer has extensive experience in driving franchises, managing P&Ls, cross-functional teams, and direct reports.

Jennifer Chung obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from Rutgers University College of Pharmacy from 1989 to 1994. Jennifer later pursued higher education at Fordham Gabelli School of Business, where they earned their Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing and International Business from 1999 to 2001. In addition, they hold a certification as a Registered Pharmacist in New Jersey from the NJ Board of Pharmacy.
