Jerome Mychalowych has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 29 years. Jerome is currently employed at Pfizer as the Senior Vice President of Global Tax since December 2022. Prior to that, Jerome was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Tax at Merck from November 2016 to December 2022. Before joining Merck, they served as the Senior Vice President of Global Tax at Zoetis Inc. from February 2013 to October 2016. Jerome was also associated with Pfizer as the Vice President of Pfizer Animal Health Global Tax from November 2012 to February 2013, and as the Senior Tax Counsel from June 2009 to October 2012. Jerome worked at Covidien as the Senior Director of International Tax from March 2007 to June 2009, and at TRW Automotive as the Director of Tax Counsel from June 2003 to March 2007. Jerome served as the Regional Tax Counsel at Delphi from January 1999 to June 2003 and as an International Tax Attorney at General Motors from October 1995 to December 1998. Jerome began their career as a Senior Tax Consultant at Deloitte, where they worked from August 1993 to October 1995.
Jerome Mychalowych attended the University of Michigan from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a BA in Economics. Jerome then pursued their law degree at Wayne State University Law School from 1990 to 1993, earning a JD.
