Kim Zerrenner has a diverse work experience spanning from 1992 to the present. Kim has worked for various companies in different roles within the field of Human Resources. Kim's most recent experience includes serving as the SVP of Human Resources for Pfizer's Research & Development and Business Innovation division, a role they have held since June 2021. Prior to that, they served as the SVP of Human Resources for Pfizer Worldwide Research & Development, Global Product Development & Digital from 2018 to 2021. Before joining Pfizer, Kim held various Vice President roles in Human Resources at different times for Pfizer, Fidelity Investments, and Principal Financial Group. Kim also gained experience in HR at Reebok and Eli Lilly and Company earlier in their career. Additionally, they worked for GE as an HRMP from 1992 to 1994.

Kim Zerrenner obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English / Education, Org Behavior / Comm from Michigan State University in 1990. Kim then pursued a Master of Labor and Industrial Relations (MLIR) degree in Business / Labor Relations from the same university, completing it in 1992.
