Maggie Tsai is currently the Chief of Staff within the Business Innovation Office at Pfizer. Maggie has over six years of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Prior to joining Pfizer, Ms. Tsai served as the Senior Manager of Corporate Strategic Innovation at BD from August 2013 to June 2018. In this role, they were responsible for leading BD's corporate strategic planning process and identifying new growth opportunities.

Ms. Tsai began their career in the pharma industry as an intern at BD in 2012, where they worked in strategic marketing. Maggie later joined Prognos as a Business Development Intern in 2011. In this role, they assisted with the development and launch of Prognos' first market intelligence product.

Ms. Tsai graduated from Northern Trust University with a degree in Investment Banking in 2008. Maggie is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).

Maggie Tsai has a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Northwestern University and an MBA in Marketing, Finance, and Strategic Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
