Ramcess Jean-Louis is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) leadership across several prestigious organizations. Currently serving as Pfizer's Global Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer since July 2021, Ramcess leads the strategy to transform Pfizer’s DEI agenda and promote equitable health outcomes. Previously, at Verizon Media, Ramcess held dual roles as Global Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer and VP, Global Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, focusing on culture shifts and corporate inclusion initiatives. Earlier career highlights include the role of Director of Workforce Diversity and Inclusion at Comcast NBCUniversal, where Ramcess implemented strategies to enhance diversity and engagement, and leadership positions in human resources at companies such as SPIN, TK Services, and EZX Inc. Ramcess began a legal career as an Assistant District Attorney, followed by a solid educational background with degrees from Columbia Law School and Cornell University, complemented by an executive program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
