Senior Vice President, People Experience, Research And Development at Pfizer

Susan Cresci Frieling has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, primarily with Pfizer. Susan started their career at Pfizer in 2000 as a Staffing Consultant at Kenexa and later worked as an HR Consultant at Pfizer (through Kenexa). In 2003, they joined Davita as a Recruiter before returning to Pfizer in 2004 as a Director of Talent Acquisition for North America. From 2012 to 2024, Susan held various leadership positions at Pfizer, including Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development Operations, Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition Lead for the Americas Region, Senior Director HR Lead, and Senior Director of Global HR Lead for Internal Medicine. Susan also served as the Chief of Staff to the Chief HR Officer and VP of People Experience, Enabling Functions and Chief of Staff to the Chief People Experience Officer. Currently, Susan is the Vice President of Pfizer's Oncology Division.

Susan Cresci Frieling attended Lafayette College from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
