Joel Headley has extensive work experience in product management and leadership roles. Joel is currently working as a VP Product, Patient Experience for PG Forsta. Joel also co-founded Leadferno, where they served as the Head of Product, building a flexible Leadbox for site visitor engagement. Joel has also worked as an Advisor for Tebra Product at Tebra and held various roles at PatientPop, a Tebra company, including Product Lead, Head of PatientPop Labs, and Director of Product. Before that, Joel worked at Google in different managerial roles, focusing on consumer and partner operations for various Geo products. Joel started their career as a Teacher at Tucson Unified School District and as a Research Assistant at the University of Arizona, conducting research in Plant Genetics. Joel Headley's diverse work experience showcases their expertise in product management, leadership, and operations.

Joel Headley earned a B.S. in Genetics and Plant Biology from the University of California, Berkeley between 1999 and 2001. Joel then pursued an M.S. in Plant Sciences at the University of Arizona from 2001 to 2004. Prior to their university studies, Joel obtained an A.A. degree at De Anza College between 1998 and 1999. Joel completed their secondary education at Homestead High School from 1990 to 1995.
