Amanda Herrington

Amanda Herrington is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in the sports and public relations sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Communications at PGA TOUR since January 2015, Amanda has held various roles within the organization, including Senior Manager and Director of Communications. Prior experience includes positions at the American Junior Golf Association as Communications Manager, where Amanda contributed as a content editor and interned in tournament communications, along with notable roles at The Home Depot and The Georgia Club. Amanda is also active in mentoring with the UGA PRSSA Drewry Chapter. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations from The University of Georgia, and completed a program at the University of Oxford.
