Michael Wells currently serves in a retired capacity at Walking the Dog since October 2021. Prior to retirement, Michael held various leadership roles in the glazing industry, notably as CEO and President/CEO of Pacific Glazing Contractors since May 2005, where the company specializes in commercial glazing projects. Significant advancements in production efficiency were achieved in July 2014 with the installation of modern equipment. Michael's extensive experience includes serving as Project Manager and Estimator at Silicon Valley Glass from October 2003 to May 2005, overseeing commercial projects valued at up to $1 million. Earlier, as President/CEO of Nor Pac Glass, Inc. from July 1986 to February 2001, Michael led both residential and commercial glazing operations statewide. Michael began the career as Leadman at DeAnza Glass, focusing on installation of aluminum curtainwalls and entrances from June 1984 to July 1986.
