Ryan Messinger

Ryan Messinger is an experienced environmental compliance professional currently serving as the Environmental Compliance Manager at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since December 2018, overseeing environmental compliance at the Humboldt Bay Generating Station. Prior to this role, Ryan worked as the Environmental Coordinator for PG&E during the Humboldt Bay Nuclear Power Plant Decommissioning Project at GHD from February 2015 to December 2018. Ryan's career began at Scotia Pacific, LLC, as a Hydrology/Aquatics Technician, and evolved through various positions at Conestoga-Rovers & Associates, including Project Manager, Staff Environmental Scientist, and Remediation Technician. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Humboldt State University, completed in 2003.
