Abd Elsalam Mikky is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in construction and maintenance roles. Since May 2009, Abd Elsalam has served as the Lead Electric Construction Engineer at PGESCo, overseeing construction teams through startup, checkout testing, and initial operation activities. Prior to this role, Abd Elsalam worked as a Team Leader for Electric and Instrumentation at Lafarge from November 2007 to May 2009, and as an Electric Maintenance Engineer at ASEC from January 2002 to November 2007, also managing similar operational activities. Abd Elsalam holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tanta University, earned between 1991 and 1996.
