Hala Afify is an experienced professional in contracts and procurement, currently serving as the Director of Prime Contracts and Procurement at PGESCO since 2000. Hala has held various roles within PGESCO, including Senior Prime Contracts Manager, Procurement Manager, Deputy Procurement Manager, and Procurement Supervisor. Prior to this, Hala worked at International Bechtel Corporation as a Procurement Supervisor from 1998 to 2000, and began a career in contracts and procurement at PGESCO from 1994 to 1998 as a Contracts/Procurement Specialist. Hala Afify holds a Master's degree in Construction Engineering from The American University in Cairo.
