Islam Hammad has extensive experience in the power generation industry, starting as a site construction leader at PETROJET and moving on to roles such as Shift Charge Engineer at West Delta Power Generation Company and Operation Engineer at EEOC. Currently, Islam works as a Lead Startup & Commissioning Engineer at PGESCo, where islam leads all startup and commissioning activities on power plants, ensures proper coordination between contractors and owner staff, and reports any abnormalities to PGESCO managers. Islam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Alexandria University.
