Mahmoud El Shaer is a seasoned electrical engineer with over a decade of experience in the field. Since August 2012, Mahmoud has served as a Senior Electrical Engineer at PGESCO, where responsibilities include substation design review, load flow and short circuit calculations using ETAP, and preparing technical specifications for MV and LV switchgear. Prior positions at PGESCO include Electrical Engineer III, Electrical Engineer II, and Electrical Construction Engineer, focusing on supervising cable installations and grounding systems. Mahmoud began their career at Kharafi National as an Electrical Site Engineer, overseeing lighting, small power system installations, and fire alarm systems for various buildings.
