Arash Monsefan is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in bridge design and project management. Currently serving as Deputy Design Manager and Senior Project Manager at PGH Wong Engineering, Inc. since May 2017, Arash previously held the position of Senior Bridge Engineer at T.Y. Lin International from February 2016 to April 2017. Prior to this, Arash worked as a Bridge Engineer at Moffatt & Nichol from January 2013 to February 2016, and again at T.Y. Lin International from August 2007 to December 2012. Arash holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Structural Engineering from UC San Diego and an Associate’s Degree in Science and Engineering from Diablo Valley College, complemented by a high school diploma from Benicia High School.
