Tom Hillesland is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in roadway and highway design and project management for transportation infrastructure. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at PGH Wong Engineering, Inc. since October 2019, Tom also holds the position of President at Hillesland Consulting, Inc., which has been operational since August 2014. Previously, Tom worked as a Project Manager at Moffatt & Nichol for over 28 years, from May 1991 to October 2019. Tom earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis, after attending Chabot College from 1985 to 1988.
