Rohit Deshmukh

Rohit Deshmukh has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Rohit is currently working as an Operations Executive at PGIM India Mutual Fund since 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Operations Manager at Ilana from November 2021 to May 2023, where they provided comprehensive administrative support to executives and teams, managed calendars and travel arrangements, and maintained accurate records and files.

Before that, Rohit worked as a Manager at Culture Pune from October 2020 to October 2021, where they focused on cultivating a team-oriented environment and establishing a sales plan during the lockdown. Rohit also liaised with the Purchase manager to ensure the purchase of adequate materials.

From November 2017 to March 2020, Rohit served as a Manager at Oblique Kitchen, where they effectively managed daily operations and led the establishment of the restaurant from budget identification to recruitment and finalizing operations.

As an Assistant Manager at Tales & Spirits from June 2014 to October 2017, Rohit worked as a team member to ensure customer satisfaction by managing day-to-day operations and training staff to maintain consistency in product quality.

Rohit also has experience as an SIS In Charge at Linc Pen & Plastics Ltd. from March 2012 to January 2014, where they led the sales department and prioritized customer satisfaction by adhering to store policies.

Rohit began their career as a Sales Executive at Lifecycle Cycle Mall from June 2009 to February 2012, focusing on punctuality, reliability, and maintaining a customer-centric attitude while collaborating with colleagues.

Rohit Deshmukh attended Dr.Shamrao Kalmadi High School in Pune for their H S C education. Rohit then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business/Commerce, General from Savitribai Phule Pune University, graduating in 2015.
