Barbara Fuchs

Barbara Fuchs is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Management at PGIM since June 2017, Barbara has previously held the role of Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness at Prudential Financial from April 2012 to May 2017, and Director of Talent Management at UBS Wealth Management from June 2006 to April 2012. Earlier career experience includes positions at Sony as Manager of Global HR Strategy and HR Specialist from 2000 to June 2006. Barbara Fuchs holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, as well as a Master of Business Administration in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
