Bernie O'Hara

Bernie O'Hara, CFA, currently serves as Vice President and Global CFO for PGIM Investments, overseeing financial operations and supporting business growth strategies for retail mutual fund products and global asset management ventures across multiple countries. Prior to this role, O'Hara held significant positions at PGIM Real Estate Finance and PGIM Capital Group, where management of a team focused on capital management and financial processes occurred. O'Hara's career began at Prudential Financial, progressing through various roles, culminating as Vice President and Head of Individual Life Planning and Analysis, responsible for financial planning for the individual life business. O'Hara holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Albright College and is a CFA Charterholder.
