Kathleen Denicholas

Kathleen DeNicholas is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer for PGIM Regulatory Law since 2019, Kathleen previously held the role of Vice President and Corporate Counsel at PGIM Investments from May 2013 to 2019. Prior to that, Kathleen worked at BNY Mellon as Managing Director and Managing Counsel from February 2001 to April 2013, and served as Counsel at Allmerica Financial Corporation from 1999 to 2001. Kathleen holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, obtained between 1996 and 1999, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from La Salle University, earned from 1992 to 1996.
