Zara Rudman

Zara Rudman is an experienced Senior People Business Partner at PGIM since August 2016, overseeing Human Resources for PGIM Technology, Multi-Asset Solutions, Global Solutions, and various executive offices, as well as PGIM Ireland and PGIM Tampa. Prior to this role, Zara held positions including Director of Human Resources at CIT, where responsibilities included support for Corporate Finance and Commercial Real Estate Finance, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Citi, focusing on TTS Technology.
