Kavya Huang

Kavya Huang is a skilled engineer specializing in computer vision and deep learning, currently serving as a Staff Computer Vision Engineer at Phantom AI since November 2023. Prior to this role, Kavya worked as a Lead Machine Learning Engineer (Perception) at DEKA Research & Development from January 2019 to January 2023, and interned as an Autonomous Vehicle Simulation Software Engineer at Duro UAS in late 2018. Kavya also contributed to research as a Graduate Research Assistant at the School of Computer Science - Human Computer Interaction Institute at Carnegie Mellon University in 2017. Kavya holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from the University of Mumbai.
