Ben Travis has extensive experience in business development and management, currently serving as Business Director at Phantom since June 2021, where responsibilities include Partnerships Lead and Partnerships Manager. Concurrently, Ben has been involved with Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club in a Media & Production role since August 2013. Prior roles include General Manager and Membership & Events Manager at Soho House & Co from March 2020 to June 2021, Co-Founder at Magnitence from October 2017 to June 2021, and Brand Manager at Phantom from December 2018 to March 2020. Earlier experience also includes a Business Development Manager position at Reflect Digital and an Account Manager role at Ingenuity.
