Pascale Sylvestre

Pascale Sylvestre is a seasoned professional in analytical chemistry with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Principal Scientist at Pharmaron, Pascale leads a team within the Analytical Chemistry Department focused on drug product development. Previously, Pascale managed the Quality Control department at Invicro, overseeing laboratory operations and implementing new radiopharmaceuticals. Notable roles also include Laboratory Team Manager at GSK, Senior Scientist/Project Manager at Reading Scientific Services Ltd, and Analytical Chemist at Merck, where Pascale directed projects and provided analytical support for clinical studies. Pascale began the career in quality control and analytical chemistry at Roche and Schering Plough, after earning a Master’s Degree in Analytical Sciences from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and a DUT in Chemistry from Institut Universitaire de Technologie, Lyon.
