Prior to this role, Virginia held the position of Director, Global Human Resources & Operations at The Synergos Institute from March 2005 to September 2023, and served as Chief of Staff in the Office of the President & CEO at Ayala Aon Risk Services Inc. from February 1996 to July 2002. Virginia holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology, and completed additional educational coursework at Loyola University Chicago in February 2021.
