Nikoleta Fessa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and quality management across various roles in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager and CMO at PharOS Ltd since September 2022, Nikoleta previously worked as a BD Project Manager at Lavipharm, and held multiple positions at GAP S.A., including Planning Manager and Quality Engineering Manager. Nikoleta's expertise encompasses managing change controls, customer complaints, conducting GMP training, and overseeing equipment validation processes. Nikoleta started their career as a Quality Control Engineer at Harbis Plastics S.A. and has completed a Materials Science Internship at Ruhr University Bochum. Nikoleta holds an MBA in Techno-economic systems and a degree in Chemical Engineering, both from the National Technical University of Athens.
