Adam Persiani is a Director of Business Development at Pharos Capital Group. Mr. Persiani is responsible for investment origination and qualification, business development and working with management teams to implement operational and growth strategies. Mr. Persiani currently serves on the board of TechLab.
Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Mr. Persiani served in a similar role with Valesco Industries, a Dallas based Small Business Investment Company (SBIC). Mr. Persiani began his career as a trading professional in the futures and options markets at the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) and Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME).
Adam graduated from the University of Illinois as a Chick Evans Scholar with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentration in Economics, Finance and Managerial and Organizational Behavior. Mr. Persiani is based out of the firm’s Dallas office.
