Dionysis Protopapadakis has extensive experience in leadership and engagement within Greek organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Graduate Engagement at Phi Gamma Delta since June 2017, Protopapadakis oversees annual direct mail solicitation and develops training for volunteer groups. Previously, as the Director of Graduate Engagement, responsibilities included similar oversight and training initiatives. Earlier roles included Field Secretary, where consultations focused on operational efficiency across 40 constituencies in North America. Additionally, Protopapadakis held leadership positions in the Interfraternity Council, including President, where a new standards policy was created, and Vice President of Recruitment, organizing events for 13 fraternities. Protopapadakis began a journey in leadership as Recruitment Chair at Phi Gamma Delta's Beta Nu chapter, successfully recruiting new members. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Appalachian State University.
