Lynn Tincher-Ladner

Lynn Tincher-Ladner is currently the President and CEO of Phi Theta Kappa, where Lynn oversees information technology initiatives and projects. Previously, Lynn worked as the Director of Institutional Research and Planning at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. Lynn has also held roles as a Database Administrator/Systems Administrator and Programmer/Analyst, in addition to teaching various mathematics and science courses. Lynn has a Ph.D. in Community College Leadership from Mississippi State University and Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Mathematics from The University of Southern Mississippi.
