Simona T.

Simona T. currently serves as the Talent & Organizational Development Lead for the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary at Philip Morris International, where responsibilities include overseeing performance and talent management and fostering a learning culture across the cluster. Simona T. has previously held positions such as P&C Executive focusing on internal communication and employee engagement, as well as Cluster Project Lead for a cluster-wide eNPS pilot project. Prior to PMI, Simona T. worked as an Employment Advisor at The Action Group, where support was provided to both employers and clients with additional needs. Simona T. holds a Master of Arts in European Studies/Civilization from the University of Aberdeen and completed courses at PMI Digital Campus.
